KYC Policy

When required

Full KYC is required before your first payout and may be requested earlier for fraud prevention.

Documents

Government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID), proof of address dated within 3 months, and a liveness selfie check.

Security

All documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), accessible only to authorised compliance staff, and deleted per our retention schedule.

Review

Documents are reviewed manually within 24–48 hours. Mismatched or altered documents result in rejection and possible account closure.
