Challenge fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided you have not placed a single trade on the challenge account.
Non-refundable
Fees are non-refundable once trading begins, after a breach, or after a challenge is passed.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support results in immediate account closure and a ban from future services.
