1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, country), verification data (KYC documents), usage data (IP, device, login history) and payment metadata. KYC files are stored encrypted (AES-256) with strictly limited staff access.
2. How we use it
To provide the Services, verify identity, prevent fraud, process payouts, and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data only with payment processors, KYC providers and authorities where legally required. We never sell personal data.
4. Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data at privacy@kiwifunded.com.
6. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services and preventing fraud; and your consent where required (for example, for certain cookies or marketing), which you may withdraw at any time.
7. Fraud prevention & correlation
To detect fraud, multi-accounting, and prohibited trading practices, we correlate identity, device, payment, and network signals (including IP addresses) across Accounts and users. This processing is necessary for the security and integrity of the Services and to enforce our agreements.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS); access is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis and is logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

This document forms part of the Kiwi Funded legal framework and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund & Liability Policy, Trader Agreement and Challenge Agreement.
