Risk Disclosure

Last updated: July 2026

This Risk Disclosure explains important facts about the nature of the Kiwi Funded Services and the risks associated with the trading concepts they simulate. Please read it carefully. By using the Services you confirm that you understand and accept these disclosures.

1. Simulated environment — no real funds

All activity on Kiwi Funded takes place in a simulated (demo) environment using virtual balances. You are not trading real money, real currencies, real securities, or real contracts, and no order results in a real-market transaction. Any “profit”, “loss”, “balance”, or “drawdown” shown is a metric of the simulation, not a real gain or loss.

2. Past and simulated performance

Simulated results are hypothetical and do not represent, and are not a guarantee or prediction of, real-market performance. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations: it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, does not involve real financial risk, and cannot fully account for the impact of real-market conditions such as liquidity, execution, and emotional pressure. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. General risks of leveraged trading

The Services simulate leveraged trading of instruments such as CFDs, foreign exchange, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. In real markets, leveraged trading carries a high level of risk, can result in losses exceeding deposits, and is not suitable for everyone. Nothing here should be read as encouraging you to trade real money; if you choose to do so elsewhere, you should never risk money you cannot afford to lose and should seek independent advice.

4. Market volatility, slippage and gaps

Simulated prices are derived from market data that may be delayed, approximated, interrupted, or subject to error. The simulation may reflect slippage (positive or negative), spread widening, price gaps, and volatility around news events and at market open/close. These conditions are a normal part of the simulation and are not grounds for compensation, adjustment, or a refund.

5. Technical and connectivity risk

Access to the Services depends on your own hardware, software, and internet connection, and on third-party infrastructure. Disruptions, latency, outages, or errors — whether on your side, ours, or a third party’s — may affect the display or execution of simulated orders. You are solely responsible for the stability and adequacy of your own technical environment. Kiwi Funded is not liable for isolated technical issues; see the Refund & Liability Policy.

6. No advice; your responsibility

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to trade any instrument. All decisions you make within the Services are your own, and you are solely responsible for them and for any consequences, including any breach of the Rules or any prohibited practice you choose to engage in.

7. Reward eligibility is conditional

Eligibility for any Reward depends on full and continuing compliance with the Rules and all applicable agreements. Breaching any Rule, or engaging in any prohibited practice (including hedging across Accounts), may forfeit eligibility and may result in every one of your Accounts being breached. Rewards are discretionary and are not guaranteed.

8. No guarantee of outcome

Purchasing an evaluation does not guarantee that you will pass, become funded, receive any Reward, or achieve any particular result. Many participants do not pass. You should only purchase an evaluation if you accept that you may lose the fee you pay with no further benefit.
