Trader Agreement

Funded accounts

"Funded" accounts remain simulated. Kiwi Funded pays performance rewards based on simulated profits, subject to profit splits and payout caps.

Profit split

Standard split is 80% to the trader (70% on instant funding), upgradeable to 90% via the scaling plan.

Payouts

Requestable every 14 days after the first payout delay. Each request is between 1% and 4% of account size. All payouts require approved KYC and are processed manually within 8 hours.

Conduct

Traders must trade their own account personally and comply with all rules in the Challenge Agreement at all times.

This document forms part of the Kiwi Funded legal framework and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund & Liability Policy, Trader Agreement and Challenge Agreement. Kiwi Funded provides simulated trading services only; no real funds are ever traded. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. Questions: legal@kiwifunded.com.
