1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Kiwi Funded website, dashboard and Kiwi Terminal platform (the "Services"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services

Kiwi Funded provides access to simulated trading environments only. All accounts use virtual funds. We are not a broker, dealer, financial institution or investment adviser, and no real-market execution occurs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. We may refuse service to residents of restricted jurisdictions.

4. Fees

Challenge fees are one-time payments for access to an evaluation environment. They are not deposits and are not invested.

5. Prohibited conduct

Includes account sharing, use of multiple identities, exploiting platform errors, and any strategy prohibited by the Challenge Agreement.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any linked agreement.

7. Liability

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
